We went to TVA today for lunch. Unfortunately no one else showed up, so it
was just Randy, my daughter, and me. Randy also noticed my rear tire was low. In 30
minutes it went almost completely flat. We drove about a block to Imperial 76 @ 525 S
Valencia, Brea, Ca. to have it plugged. They were great, fixed the flat for FREE. I would
recommend them to any NB owners in the area, they even have diesel for us TDI owners. I
gave Julio a Herbie for the effort.
We then went to lunch at Angelo's and Vinci's. It was good and a interesting place with
monsters in the basement. Afterwards we went back to cousin Ann's for a nap. I was amazed
at how far stuff is out here. It took us 90 minutes to get there and 2 hours to get back
with virtually no traffic, driving 75-80 mph most of the time. It just does not look that
far on a map.
Tonight we went to Malibu and Santa Montica Pier, it was cold and raining, so everything
was closed.
Today is Blue Eyes First Birthday.
